Petoskey stones sold at the Battle Creek Gift Shop

Petoskey stones can be hard to find in Southern Michigan, but we have them at our store on Columbia Ave.

They’ve proven popular with travelers visiting Battle Creek and locals who you want to give a gift that is representative of their home state.

Petoskey stones are the state stone, and we sell refrigerator magnets, jewelry, and paperweights made from the fossils.

These worry stones are new at the store. Their grooves fit the thumb and offer an irresistible surface for releasing anxious energy. They’re $8 each.

If you’re looking for more decor items inspired by our state, then browse our copper wall art. We source it from the Upper Peninsula. We have small copper wall hangers in the shape of butterflies, leaves, birds, wolf, bear, and others. Our biggest piece is the fabulous copper Michigan. Each peninsula is sold separately for $68 each. The lower peninsula measures 19 inches tall.

Along with gifts inspired by the state of Michigan, we also sell backpacks, bags, soy candles, flags, local items, concealed carry jackets, and survival gear. If you’re planning a big trip, you can get a new bag and travel gear here and pick up a thoughtful Michigan gift to give your host at your destination.

Our store is located at 1778 W. Columbia Ave. on the corner of 28th Street. We’re open Monday through Saturday 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
